Responsibilities:
To coordinate the affiliate’s house construction process from scheduling to job cost analysis; organizing all aspects of materials and services purchased and donated; utilizing all available software to track and report the affiliate’s construction activity.
Other duties as necessary may be assigned by the Director of Construction.

Responsibilities:
To coordinate the affiliate’s house construction process from scheduling to job cost analysis; organizing all aspects of materials and services purchased and donated; utilizing all available software to track and report the affiliate’s construction activity.
Other duties as necessary may be assigned by the Director of Construction.
Duties
- Prepare and submit permit packages, assuring all necessary permits and inspections are submitted on time
- Develop, communicate and maintain a comprehensive schedule for construction (New Construction and Repair Team) activities in Builder Trend software or similar program
- Responsible for assuring all materials are ordered, picked up, delivered and stored safely
- Maintain records of homeowner options
- Administrate utility rebate programs
- Obtain and maintain vendor records (insurance and contracts) in Builder Trend
- Attend construction committee meetings to record minutes
- Responsible to maintain the Construction Safety Manuals
- Serve as liaison between Crew Leaders and Volunteer Coordinator when unscheduled tasks arise
- Process warranty requests through Builder Trend from task assignment until task completion
Requirements
- Commitment to the Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity mission
- At least two years of experience in construction with firm understanding of the construction process and timeline
- Understanding of building regulations, codes, and procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office products a must; construction scheduling software preferred
- Satisfactory results of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening test
